deartongue at Sleepwalk
Instead of staying inside like most smart people during the 2026 NYC snow storm, I chose to freeze my ass off for deartongue’s set at Sleepwalk in Brooklyn.
Unlike many NYC bands nowadays who just a rip off of The Strokes, Oasis, or a mixture of the two- deartongue has such a refreshing sound of their own; marrying elements of noise rock, shoegaze, and sludge. I am excited to see what they do next! ♫⋆｡♪ ₊˚♬ ﾟ.
